Spanish police confirmed the body of college student James “Jimmy” Gracey was recovered in the waters off Barcelona’s beaches this afternoon. He was 20 and a student at the University of Alabama; authorities say no foul play is suspected.

According to Spanish reports, Gracey’s body was located “at a depth of four meters in the waters” of Barcelona’s Port Olímpic, a marina. La Vanguardia reported his father, who traveled to Barcelona during the search, has been notified. Spanish police have said they do not suspect foul play in the student’s death.

Authorities and media reports say Gracey, who grew up in the Chicagoland area, was visiting friends in Barcelona for spring break. He was last seen around 3 a.m. Tuesday at the beachfront club Shôko. Police later found his wallet floating in the water near Somorrostro Beach; TMZ reported on that recovery.
